Noureen DeWulf was born February 28, 1984, on February 28, 1984 in New York City. She has always shown great passion for acting. When she studied at Boston University's School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began to build the foundations for her career. After graduating, Noureen began auditioning for different roles. She was awarded a prominent role in a movie titled West Bank Story. She then starred in the well received Film Ghost World (2001), which earned her a Golden Globe nomination.
